There's Ben and there's Jack, and there's a fabulous steakhouse in the heart of Manhattan. The deal here is incredible prime dry-aged porterhouse steaks (with an array of fresh seafood dishes). This experienced duo learned the ropes at the venerable Peter Luger's (it doesn't get too much better than this one) and they have successfully developed their own rendition of what a quality New York steakhouse should be about. If one desires to go the steakhouse route, the basic clone of a Peter Luger's is the way to go. You will find a superb wine list; incredible desserts; and a friendly and comforting attitude. And you don't have to go to Brooklyn to enjoy a classic steakhouse experience.
