Celebrity chef Laurent Tourondel is the man behind this wildly popular steakhouse concept, and in this spot (home of the former Union Pacific) beef is the king with some twenty different cuts of meat on the menu. And it's difficult to miss the 30-foot dry aging room in the center of the restaurant. Comfortable banquettes: a happening bar and an open kitchen are all present here, but the real show has to be the USDA Prime and certified dry angus beef. Sauces and side dishes are a major part of the picture, and don't forget their incredible creamed spinach, massive onion rings, and those bleu-cheese tater tots. Save room for a fabulous dessert. The wine program is primarily from California and France and includes a Best of Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator Magazine.
