It's found in the collaboration of a husband and wife team where he does the cooking and she takes care of the wine. Chef Jeremy Marshall is a CIA graduate who has cooked in some of the top restaurants in New York while Jennifer Marshall has become recognized as one of the top sommeliers in the City. It's a team effort and it works to perfection.
