Lure

Lure is actually the former Lure Fishbar, and when you walk into the party, it's like your walking onto a yacht. The affable and energetic Josh Capon is in the kitchen and his style is making this spot happen. He believes in the concept of allowing the ingredients to dominate. It's not fancy, but when you buy the best, it works. This is basically an American Seafood place, but there is a phenomenal sushi bar in the back and there are some great meat items on the menu. Chef Capon wants you to relax and have fun, so he keeps things casual and very simple. The Raw Bar is a big part of this picture, and one can order sushi from the menu, or take a seat in the special bar. There is a special Japanese tasting menu and Sample dinner entrees include Seared Yellow fin Tuna, Bay Scallops & Bucatini, Steamed Branzino, Grilled Whole Daurade, Steamed Lobster Tails, Free Range Chicken, a 14 ounce Dry-Aged Sirloin, and a Grilled Cheeseburger. A quality Wine and Sake by the glass program as well as some 250 wine bottle selections.
