Arabelle

Located in the Hotel Plaza Athenee, this is a serious restaurant (French) for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu is seasonal and features the highest quality ingredients from local and certified organic farms including naturally raised meats. Their renowned Afternoon tea is served daily in the Bar Seine lounge at the Hotel from 2:30pm - 5:00pm. Chef Marc Melillo is an honors graduate from the Culinary Institute of America and spent several years at the Waldorf Astoria. The folks at Gayot recently suggested that Arabelle is "One of the top restaurants in the world." They may indeed be correct.
