Enjoy innovative New American cuisine at this 2-Star Michelin Guide restaurant (2009) located in the New York Palace Hotel. The kitchen is now in the capable hands of Chef Justin Bogle who served as the executive sous chef since 2004. His three and five-course dinner menu (and seven-course tasting menu) includes entrees such as the Dover Sole, North Atlantic Skate, Black Cod, Squab Breast, Suckling Pig, Wagyu Beef, and Venison Loin. Desserts are from Chef David Carmichael (a CIA graduate and one of the most noted pastry chefs in the City). Enjoy some thirty-eight selections of rare tea and visit the Gilt Bar that is one of the most stunning bar presentations in New York. There are forty selections of wines by the glass, signature cocktails, and a special bar menu. The quality wine program is extensive, and there are fifty selections under fifty-dollars.
